Youth: Carly Pallett
Coach Carly Pallett was raised in Owasso, Oklahoma and graduated from Owasso High School in 2012. After playing for Owasso, she continued on to play 2 more years in college. She has been coaching for a total of 12 years, in which 9 of those years have been with Owasso Summit. She loves being able to share her love for volleyball and make relationships with the players. She teaches 5th grade at Stone Canyon Elementary.
11's: Stella Franklin and Jillie Chavez

Coach Stella Franklin was born and raised here in Owasso, Oklahoma. She graduated from Owasso high school in 2021 and started coaching in 2020 after her senior season of volleyball ended. She played for Owasso volleyball for 5 years as well as club for Owasso Summit and OC as a setter, right side, and outside hitter. She is entering her 6th year of coaching club for Owasso Summit and her 5th year coaching for the Owasso 8th grade volleyball team. She is thankful that she gets to coach the sport she enjoys so much and help the players love it as much as she does!
Coach Jillie Chavez is a 2013 graduate of Owasso High School where she played volleyball in high school as a DS. She has coached in many positions including Head JV Coach/Assistant Varsity Coach at Skiatook High School for 5 years and she just began her third season as the Owasso 8th Grade Head Coach this fall. She has coached club for 7 seasons for ages ranging from Youth-17s. In addition to coaching, she is a teacher for Owasso Public Schools and has two girls, Marlie and Zaylie.
12's: Lily Heyne
My name is Lily Heyne; I feel blessed to be here and cannot wait for a wonderful season ahead!
I am originally from Omaha, Nebraska. I played as an outside hitter and middle blocker on my high school team at Skutt Catholic, winning 4 state championships alongside my two sisters. It was so incredibly special! I then played volleyball at the University of Tulsa as an outside hitter and now practice as a speech-language pathologist in town.
I am so thankful for the friends, experiences, and life lessons that volleyball brought me. I am inspired to lead a team to success this season, helping them grow into strong individuals and athletes!

14's: Pyper Bowman
Coach Pyper is from Owasso, Oklahoma. She graduated from Owasso High School in 2018. She was a multi sport athlete playing volleyball and running track for Owasso. She attended Oklahoma State University where she continued to play in a volleyball league and pursued a career in Business marketing. She is currently a photographer and is returning for her 4th year coaching for Owasso Summit. She is passionate about coaching young players in the sport she loves. Connecting and growing with her team is one of her favorite parts.
Peyton Claus grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where she played volleyball for Moscow High School and Club ZZU. She began her collegiate career at North Idaho College (JuCo), then transferred to the University of Idaho for two seasons. Claus finished her final year at Washington State University, competing as both a setter and defensive specialist. During her time at WSU, the team advanced to the NCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen.
While in college, Claus also gave back to the sport by helping coach younger club teams within the same program she played for. Now, she’s excited to take on a new role in the sport and continue sharing her love for volleyball through coaching. She is starting her first year with Summit!
16's: Emma Neighbors
Coach Neighbors is from Owasso, Oklahoma. She graduated from Owasso High school in 2017. She played for Owasso for 5 years where she was a 4 year varsity starter, and was also named to the All State as a setter team in 2017. She also played for Club ONE Black for 8 years. She has been part of the Owasso High School volleyball coaching staff for 7 years where she is currently serving as the junior varsity coach/assistant varsity coach. Coach Neighbors is starting her 8th year coaching for Summit volleyball. She loves coaching the sport she is passionate about and her favorite part is getting to know and connect with the players.
