Youth: Carly Pallett
Coach Carly Pallett was raised in Owasso, Oklahoma and graduated from Owasso High School in 2012. She played volleyball for 7 years - 5 years at Owasso (playing for Coach Kannett) and 2 years in college at Tabor University. She has been coaching for a total of 12 years, in which 9 of those years have been with Owasso Summit. She loves being able to share her love for volleyball and make relationships with the players. She teaches 5th grade at Stone Canyon Elementary. Carly likes to spend her free time playing with my dog, being with family, reading, and playing in old people volleyball leagues with the other coaches.

Peyton Claus grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where she played volleyball for Moscow High School and Club ZZU. She began her collegiate career at North Idaho College (JuCo), then transferred to the University of Idaho for two seasons. Claus finished her final year at Washington State University, competing as both a setter and defensive specialist. During her time at WSU, the team advanced to the NCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen.
While in college, Claus also gave back to the sport by helping coach younger club teams within the same program she played for. Now, she’s excited to take on a new role in the sport and continue sharing her love for volleyball through coaching. She is starting her first year with Summit!
16's: Emma Neighbors
Coach Neighbors is from Owasso, Oklahoma. She graduated from Owasso High school in 2017. She played for Owasso for 5 years where she was a 4 year varsity starter, and was also named to the All State as a setter team in 2017. She also played for Club ONE Black for 8 years. Coach Neighbors attended the University
of Oklahoma for 2 years then moved back to Owasso. She is now a part of the Owasso High School volleyball coaching staff as the junior varsity coach. Coach Neighbors is starting her 7th year coaching for Summit volleyball. She loves coaching the sport she is passionate about and her favorite part is getting to know and connect with the players.
